Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Rowan Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
