Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
