Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Vista Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
