Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Meadow Financial serves customers across Rochester with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
