Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Loom Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
