Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Linden Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Charlotte region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
