Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Oak Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Oklahoma City with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
