Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tucson design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
