Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Financial is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
