Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Cross Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
