Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Lakeside Civic Services works with county and city offices around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
