Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
