Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Care Services provides in-home and community support in Charleston, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
