Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Orchard Foods is a Fort Worth food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
