Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
