Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Pine Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Tucson area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
