Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Cross Health is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
