Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Harbor Health is a healthcare provider in Tucson with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
