Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Quill Foods is a Boston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
