Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Foods produces packaged foods at its Seattle plant. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
