Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Austin, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
