Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
