Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Forge Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Hartford, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
