Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Energy Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
