Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
