Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Rochester region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
