Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Foods Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
