Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Field Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
