Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vale Water Authority and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
