Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
