Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Telecom and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
