Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Junction Water Authority is a public water utility serving the St. Louis area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
