Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fox Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
