Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
