Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Oklahoma City with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
