Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Glen Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
