Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Health is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
