Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
