Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Medical Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
