Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
