Harborlight Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 617 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
