Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Studio helps transport agencies around Portland design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
