Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Foods is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
