Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
