Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Omaha with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
