Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
