Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Hollow Energy is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
