Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Ventures designs and makes medical devices in Tulsa, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
