Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
