Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Jackson area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
